# Governance

The XNET Foundation ensures decentralized governance for the $XNET ecosystem. It oversees Foundation resources, rewards, and initiatives—fostering transparency, accountability, and community-driven growth.

Stakeholder verification is required for governance participation. 

To protect our members we have gated the Foundation sections of the Discord community. To access the you must hold $XNET. Link your Discord and Solana wallet holding a minimum of 1000 $XNET to claim your role and your seat at the table. \
