Reddit / TikTok Working Groups

Bolster deployer content presence across new social media channels.

To expand XNET’s presence on high-reach social platforms, the XNET Foundation will help fund a dedicated TikTok + Reddit Working Groups initiative via Foundation Grants.

Purpose

• Build consistent, high-signal deployer focused content and community presence on TikTok and Reddit.

• Establish reliable moderation, posting cadence, and community ops support.

• Reinforce branding and educational resources for new entrants.

Incentive Structure

• Contributors who step up and take responsibility for managing these outlets will receive $XNET grants from Foundation Grants.

• Grant allocations will be vested to align incentives with sustained output and long-term stewardship.

• Vesting schedules may vary by role and scope (e.g., content lead, editor, community ops/moderation, growth/analytics).

Scope of Work Examples

• TikTok: scripting + recording, clipping, editing, posting cadence, comment management, trend adaptation.

• Reddit: moderation coverage, weekly content and educational threads, community Q&A, post formatting, anti-spam enforcement, escalation to Foundation/OpCo teams.

Governance / Accountability

• Participants should be onboarded as a Working Group member with clear roles, expectations, and measurable deliverables.

• Continued vesting and/or renewal is contingent on consistent execution and maintaining quality standards.
